General description:

Chocolate spread making machine is the universal solution for making pure chocolate, compounds,
coatings, pralines, truffles and fillings, etc from small to medium capacities.

Our chocolate spread making machine is versatile which means 3 in 1 manufacturing solution fullfillng the function of raw materials mixing, refining and conching. Once a mixed mass is procured, the refining and conching process will start.

Our chocolate spread making machine has a main shaft which equipped with blades and with an automatic pressure adjustment motor to adjust the pressure on the raw materials between the blades and lining bars. It allows reliable process control to achieve and maintain constant mass quality between batches.
Moreover, our conche refiner has solenoid valve and automatic temperature water system. It makes proper temperature inside conche refiner come true and customer will obtaine delicate chocolate mass.

Features:

1.Material of blades and lining bars are Manganese steel which with long living time. Moreover, every piece of lining bars will be processed and strengthened by our special heating system.
2. It’s controlled by control panel. But PLC control is optional;
3. It’s suitable for medium and big capacity chocolate manufacturers and confectionery manufacturers;
4. Our chocolate spread making machine are made by strict manufacturing technique, so its performance is stable always.
